Slow Trek Prints Shipping Policy
Here at Slow Trek Prints, we’re all about getting your gear ready for adventure and delivered to your door as quickly as we can. Here’s how our shipping process works, start to finish:
How much does shipping cost?
Keep an eye on the top of our store for any free shipping promotions. We’ll automatically apply them to your cart when active!
If there’s no promotion running, our standard flat-rate shipping fee is $4.87.
When will my order be dispatched?
Our typical dispatch time is 2 to 7 business days. Once your order is printed and leaves our facility, you’ll get an email with your shipping and tracking details.
Depending on current order volume or inventory status, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer. But we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.
When will my Slow Trek swag arrive?
Once your order is placed, our awesome team gets right to work!
It usually takes 2 to 6 business days to produce and prep your items before they’re ready to ship. After that, they’re on their way to you!
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow the journey. Delivery times can vary based on your location, but on average, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 6 business days after dispatch.
If we anticipate any slight delays in delivery, we’ll be sure to let you know. Rest assured, we’re always working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Can I change my delivery address?
We totally get that things can slip the mind! If you need to update your delivery address, just email us at support@slowtrekprints.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Address changes are only possible if your order hasn’t shipped yet, so the sooner you reach out, the better!
To avoid any delays or delivery hiccups, please double-check your shipping details during checkout before hitting that final “Place Order” button.
My Order is Missing in Action! What Should I Do?
No need to panic! We’ll help get your order back on track! Before reaching out to our customer support crew, try these quick steps first:
- Check Your Shipping Confirmation Email & Tracking Info
Sometimes a little typo can throw things off. Double-check your confirmation email to make sure your shipping address is correct and your tracking number is active. - Stop by Your Local Post Office
Your package might be hanging out there waiting to be claimed. It’s worth checking in just in case it's being held for pickup. - Ask Your Neighbors
Occasionally, packages get delivered to a nearby door. A quick check with your neighbors might just do the trick!

Send us a message at support@slowtrekprints.com with your order number, and we’ll jump in to help you track it down.
Heads up: If there was a mistake in the shipping address you entered at checkout, we’re happy to resend your order, but the replacement (and shipping) will be at your expense.
